Do you remember Candy Buttons? I used to love those little sugary morsles and got excited at the task of peeling them off without getting any of the paper on the button itself. Is is coming back to you now?
Well....sticking with my "old-fashioned" theme for Atticus' birthday party, I have decided to make homemade candy buttons! I'm pretty sure Atticus won't have any himself, but other, older party guests will have the opportunity to travel down memory lane, plus they'll fit in great at the "sweet-shoppe".
I'm following a recipe that I found in the October issue of Rachael Ray's magazine - it looks really easy...famous last words, right? I'll keep you posted :-)
