Fresh and Locally Grown!

One of the things that Aaron and I miss most since moving from a large city to a small town was the access to farm fresh produce whenever we wanted it. Well, after two years of living in a southern small town, Conway has "gone green" and invited local farmers to sell everything from organic produce, free range eggs and cheese, jellies and jams, and more! Today was the kickoff of the new Conway "Farmer's Market" which was held in our downtown area complete with live bluegrass music. Aaron and I went this morning, despite the rain, and came home with a basket full of eggplant, yellow squash, tomatoes, and plum jam...yummy!

  1. When we lived in San Diego we had the pick of the litter of farmers markets. Since we moved to Las Vegas we miss the fresh produce and unique food products.
