13 Months

Atticus you are 13 Months....

What are you up to these days?

You weigh around 21 lbs.  You wear 12-18 month clothes.

You have 8 teeth and you love to use them!! You will eat just about anything. I think you're pretty much over "baby food", you'd much rather have what we're having.  Some of your favorites right now include blueberry waffles, mandarin oranges, black beans, and mac 'n cheese from Panera (smart kid!). 

We have made the complete transition from bottle to sippy cup and you've made your peace with that.  It was a rough few days at first, but you got used to it and we quickly said "bye-bye" to the bottle.

 You are getting pretty good at this whole walking thing...You walk a little more every day. You get around our house so fast I can barely keep up.

You love to pull all of the DVD's out of the entertainment center...

You are very social and quite the talker!  You love to have people smile and talk to you so you can smile and talk back. You do alot of talking with your hands - Must be the Italian coming out in you!

You love to clap your hands and say "yay" and you also do alot of pointing...we're trying to work on that so people don't think you're pointing at them :) 

You are a wonderful sleeper - You take an hour nap in the morning, a two hour nap in the afternoon and then sleep about eleven-twelve hours at night.

You have lots of toys to choose from but some of your favorites are the talking turtle, the jungle blocks, your race cars, stacking cubes, and your toolbox.  You play very well independently and also share very nicely when we have friends over.

I can't believe how fast you're growing...You are the light of my life!
