My mom came to visit for a few days last week - we met she and my dad in Atlanta where he was doing business and she hopped in the car and headed north to Greenville to hang out with us. Atticus always loves when Nana comes to visit :) Can you tell???
They did all sorts of fun things like put puzzles together, sing songs, play hide & seek, ride bikes, pick tomatoes from the garden, play bouncy balls, read books, and blow bubbles!
Atticus even cooked her up some "good eats" in his very own kitchen!!!
Atticus showed Nana how great he's become on the drums. He played for 7 minutes straight...we know that because we were video taping it, hoping to just get a couple of minutes...wow! This kid loves the drums...and he's GOOD!!!!
It was sad to see Nana leave...we drove her back to Atlanta and met my dad where they headed back home. See you soon Nana!!
But before they headed south we grabbed a special lunch at The Varsity - can't eat like that everyday for sure...just every once in a blue moon!! Have you ever been there?? Everyone's gotta go at least once in their life :) Love these two crazy boys!!
The three stooges!
In other random news, Atticus and I have been doing all sorts of indoor crafty things to keep ourselves occupied and away from the awful temperatures these days... Here's one of our most recent projects where we used painters tape to create a striped pattern and the letter A on a canvas...
"ART by ATTICUS"
The finished product... we'll hang it in his play room with all of his other artsy creations!

And just for fun...it's Christmas in July!
SANTA ATTICUS
We are truly blessed with the most precious little boy EVER!!!!
