I'm happy to report that we stuck to our meal plan last week...Yay! Here's the gameplan for this week:
Monday - we ate left over Tortellini Soup from Sunday (it was great, but it made a ton!)
Tuesday - homemade pizza (we topped it with a variety of veggies)
Wednesday - Grilled Chicken Orzo Salad (just added some grilled chicken to the recipe)
Thursday - Fajitas
Friday - Bang Bang Shrimp
Saturday - out with friends
Sunday - Greek Lemon Chicken Soup
Atticus is getting SO big...I can't believe how fast he's growing and how many new things he is doing...I'll wait and share those in my 7 Months post next week, but in the mean time here are a few pictures of his new trick...sitting up like a big boy!
Grace came over and played Monday night while her mom taught spin class...She and Atticus had a fun time playing together.

They are in the process of a domestic adoption and the birth mother that has selected them is being induced tomorrow. The laws in Tennessee give the birth mother 14 days to change her mind so the next two weeks are going to be filled with so many different emotions. They have waited a LONG time for this moment and of course want everything to go smoothly. They are naming their little boy Isaac Matthew.
