Miscellaneous Monday

Here are some random pictures from the past week or so....

I made a book on shutterfly.com to give Laura and Grace as a "going away" gift.  It's called "The Adventures of Atticus and Grace".  It's full of pictures of Laura and I while we were pregnant awaiting the arrival of our babies and then tons of pictures of the kiddos from their very first date at 6 weeks old to play time at the park, the pumpkin patch, their first dip in the pool, and more!! 

The book was a lot of fun to make except for how emotional I got going through all the pictures of Atticus and Grace together - watching them grow and learn new things together has been wonderful. We're going to miss them terribly, but at least now they'll have a book to remember all our special times together :)

 They have the best time together and they make each other laugh all the time!!! 

Atticus thinks his rainboots are the coolest...I don't think he's actually worn them in the rain yet, but he wears them around the house while he plays.

 He dances around his train table in his monkey rain boots...it really is one of the cutest things to watch :)

 And apparently rain boots are a fun place to hide your trains!!!

 We are outside whenever the weather permits - running around, chasing friends, climbing slides, swinging, blowing bubbles, riding in the wagon, and collecting sticks and leaves.

 Atticus LOVES these flashcards.  We have a set with letters and numbers and a set with colors and shapes - YOU are so smart Atticus and can pick out almost all of the objects!!!
