Catching up

Ok....this post is all about unloading my phone of all the random pictures from the past few weeks...so, in no particular order, here's a sneak peek at what we've been up to...

My college roommate Jenny came into town and we got together with our other two roomies Jessica and Kerri and had a fun few days together -- so blessed by the friendship of these lovely ladies!

We got photo bombed by a little four year old...at least he was cute!!!

Winter is definitely here and we've been taking advantage of our backyard fire pit that Aaron built last summer.  It's perfect roasting marshmallows with my sweet boys but also gets lots of use from the philosophy students.

My little gardener working in our winter garden - we planted broccoli, lettuce, and brussel sprouts!!

We had to make a trip to the doctor recently when this little fellow wasn't feeling too hot!  I think his system went into shock being around all the new germs at the beginning of school.  He's better now but we laid low for a few days til he was back to his normal spunky self!

Atticus's class went on a field trip this week to the fire station....can you find him in this picture with all his classmates?

Having had this third birthday at a fire station, he was quick to answer all the fireman's questions!

Decorated the mantel for Thanksgiving....

I made my own laundry detergent.....so easy, so much less expensive and works great!!!  Aaron says I'm turning into a hippy!

So.....we were invited to attend a benefit dinner for FCA at Furman and guess who the guest speaker was??  Bobby Bowden...you know, the legendary Florida State coach!!!!!!

Aaron got Bobby Bowden to sign his diploma from FSU....only fitting since Aaron firmly believes you can't be a true fan unless you're an alumni....He was quite stoked!
