Three is...

Three is sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and going to the park.  Three is Dora the Explorer, Team Umizoomi, Thomas the Train, and Cars.  It is chicken nuggets, Goldfish, and fruit snacks.  Three is {still} llamby and llama. It's baseball hats, running shoes, and sunglasses. Playing in your kitchen, going to the zoo, and kicking the ball. Three is "Duck & Goose", "The Hungry Catepillar", and "Go Dog Go".  It's giving butterfly kisses and  then laughing because it tickles.  It's asking us to give you five. It's "Jesus Loves Me", "Jingle Bells", "Take Me Out to the Ball Park", and "Oh, Where is My Hairbrush". It is counting to 20, knowing your colors, and knowing your shapes. Three is Honey Nut Cheerios and Nutrigrain Bars. Three is big bathtime splashes. Putting your shoes on the right feet and being fully potty trained. Target icees and popcorn.  Three is Fit Kids Class and swimming. It's crayons, coloring books, giggles, and dancing. Three is lots of grapes, bananas, and apples. It's loving rides on your Daddy's shoulders. Macaroni and cheese and Broccoli. It's jumping on the bed (and getting in trouble for it), making messes, and digging in the dirt.  Three is helping in the garden, M&M's, and sippy cups with milk. It's playing with friends, looking for the moon outside at night, and playing in the sprinklers. It's Woody and Lightning McQueen band-aids, and being silly.  Three is "I do it myself, Momma" and becoming independent.  Apple juice, snuggles and "Finding Nemo".  "I love you too, 3 and 4's" and the biggest hug in the world.  It's holding hands and saying bedtime prayers.  It's growing out of a baby and into a sweet little boy.

 So thankful that my parents were able to come celebrate with us!  They made his birthday weekend even more special - and thank you for all of your help Mom and Dad!!!

 For Atticus' birthday dinner we went to his favorite place...favorite after Chick Fil A of course... 

The Japanese Steak House - this kid can put down some fried rice!!!

 

 They even came and sang Happy Birthday to him...as they banged the big drum, which he loved!

 After a lovely birthday dinner we went home and watched the FSU/USF game!!!!

My dad is big USF fan and Aaron is of course a big FSU fan, so it made watching the game fun, especially since the Bulls were giving the Noles a run for their money in the first half :)

 Your family loves you, John Atticus!  We are so very thankful for these past 3 years and can't wait to see what THREE has in store for you!
