We had ANOTHER snow day yesterday! This has been the snowiest (I don't know if that's a real word...) winter in the four years that we have lived here. It snowed from the moment we woke up to late last night when Aaron took the trash down to the curb. We got 9 inches and it is beautiful!! We didn't get out and play in it - Atticus is getting over a little cough and runny nose so we didn't want to risk it. We may venture out into it today... But we filled our day with lots of fun indoor activities! Including baking and decorating cookies for Valentine's Day :-) I love any excuse to make cookies!!
While I was baking, Atticus spent some time in the kitchen too - - reorganizing my cabinets! He loves to take everything out, bang it on the ground, run around the island with it, and then bring it back (usually...)

Another fun thing to do when we get a heavy snow is to make snow ice cream!!! If you've never made snow ice cream check out my post from when we made it last year here (ironically, we made it the same exact date last year, that we made it this year...weird!) Plus you can also see cute pictures of Atticus in the snow a year ago and how much he has grown!!!
Atticus got a new wagon from his Grandma and Grandpa. He and Aaron had some quality father-son bonding time putting it together...

He loves the wagon! Just think how much more he's going to love it when we can use it outside and the weather is warmer!!

The snow was nice but I'm ready for sunshine and warm weather! Luckily it's supposed to be in the 60's this weekend so hopefully all the white stuff will be gone by next week.
